Developmental Psychologist and Lecturer in the School of Education and Human Resource Development of Kisii University, Kenya. She is the Director and project supervisor for the three sites; Kenya, Ethiopia and Cameroon.

Community Development expert and education technology use specialist. He is the data manager for the project in all its sites.

Social Psychologist. He is the project collaborator supervisor of the Ethiopian site.
